Water break officially called a rupture of membranes is not easy to know. Sometimes, it could be a slow drip of amniotic fluid. If you experience this, you should record the time and condition and immediately call your doctor. Mention the color, thickness, and odor.

Call your Doctor

Doctors can perform a test to determine if water actually broke. Yes, false alarms happen. Many women go into labor soon after her water breaks. If water broke but you did not go into labor, your doctor may want to induce labor in order to avoid infection. Good luck!.
